   I was really looking forward to a nice Valentine’s dinner, but unfortunately, this restaurant completely let us down. The service was horrendous. Our server was slow, disorganized, and seemed to have no idea what they were doing. What made it worse was that the restaurant wasn’t even busy, so there’s really no excuse for the terrible service. To make matters worse, they had a *set menu for Valentine’s Day* that was not disclosed to us when we made the reservation, nor was it mentioned at the time of seating. The menu itself was a total surprise, and not in a good way. The food was *cold*, bland, and definitely *not worth the price*. It felt like we were being scammed, paying way too much for food that was poorly prepared and underwhelming. Overall, this experience was a total letdown. They need *new management* who can actually communicate with customers and offer quality service and food. I would not recommend this place, especially for special occasions.

   Had a 9pm reservations, got seated quick. The waitress rarely came to the table. We had to get her attention in order to order our food. She sucked. Finally got our food a little before 11pm. I order a well done steak, it came out bloody and cold. The sad part it was a limited menu due to it being Valentine’s Day.

   Very horrible, just left there . don’t go there hungry if you even think about trying it. They should not host any valentines or any sort of dinners in that place again 😂 the servers was nice though…

   Went on Valentine’s Day and the experience was not as advertised. The service was slow due to the server being sat at one time with multiple tables, drinks took 40 minutes since our server said the bartenders were having an argument and while we received our appetizers, the entrees never came. The food runner was auctioning off food to ALL tables. I am not sure if the table numbers were incorrect, but we were offered other tables food 4 times and we did not receive ours. The prefix menu looked great, but unfortunately for $100 for food only, it was not worth it. We ended up leaving prior to receiving the entrees since we had been there for 1.5 hours and no food or server around. Once we found the server, the check took an additional 20 minutes to receive since we walked inside to locate her. While we are appreciative they took off $150, we still paid $105 for two drinks and two appetizers. The disappointing part is not once did a manager come over to apologize, but after getting up from our table and looking around, the entire restaurant did not have food on their tables, both inside by the bar and outside on the patio. Hopefully he was trying to figure out why no one had food on their table. If you have a prefix menu, steaks should be marked and other items should be premade and ready to plate when guest order. This lack of experience will ensure we do not dine her again. I wish this place well and hope management and those part of the restaurant group will take a hard look into the operation so other customers do not have the same experience.

   There was a limited menu for Valentine’s Day for $100 per person. This menu only had 3 categories and 3 items per category. Service was slow and the venue wasn’t busy, so we’re not sure why it was. You weren’t allowed to order off the regular menu. Many guests complained and some even left immediately after seeing the menu.

   I made a reservation for two for Valentine’s Day. I understand it was a prefixed menu, which I was completely fine with the food was great. However, the service was terrible. Our waitress was MIA most of the time. It got to a point where we were so frustrated that we decided to take our dessert to go. One of the desserts were wrong. The other one we were not told it came with ice cream on top of a hot cookie, rendering that dessert inedible. Upon receiving our check, there was already a 20% gratuity added, which totaled to $43.20. I do not agree with this because the service was not up to par at all. The section we sat in seemed to have had that issue because three different tables decided to leave because once they were seated at their table, the waitress never came to them. I truly hope this was a fluke as I throughly enjoyed the vibe and food.

   It was as though the restaurant was surprised to have guest. Food took forever to come out, cold, and we left after waiting 45 minutes for dessert off a a pre-made V Day menu. Valet was a 30 min debacle. Feel like they stole my money. Observed most guest complaining about the same experience.

   The food was good but not as good as in the past. The service was slow and not very informed of menu. The glasses all had a weird film on them.

   Service was not good and restaurant was not busy. The food was disappointing and the atmosphere was nothing like the instagram. Maybe better during the day.

    Server told us he wanted to close early it was 8:00pm and he wanted to go home because there was only two tables. We didn’t even order food just a drink and he charged us 20% tip with the drink.
