Love Saltgrass. Unfortunately, tonight the service was terrible. Our server was great, but she was having to cover too many tables. It took nearly 30 minutes just to order our dinner. This issue needs to be fixed.

The Prime Rib was excellent. Only available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. For the price, it competes with high end restaurants and was an excellent value. Highly recommended!

Prime rib was 80 percent fat, sirloin was mostly fat, chicken fried chicken breast included dark meat and was not all breast meat.

Nothing special. Christmas eve dinner was mediocre. Attention to detail in the kitchen was lacking...portion size ok but truthfully I didn't see any differentiation between this and Texas Roadhouse.

Love Saltgrass but tonight the steaks and sides well way over seasoned. Served (twice) missed the correct order. We will still be back but last night was not an enjoyable dinner.

Order to getting salads was 10min, order to food was 35min. We ordered a medium rare & medium well steak both came out rare would have sent it back to be cooked correctly but after 5min and no sign of our waiter we ate as much as we could stomach because we were starving. Sitting down to paying we were there over an hour and were checked on 3 times, wouldn’t come back.
