    Order to getting salads was 10min, order to food was 35min. We ordered a medium rare & medium well steak both came out rare would have sent it back to be cooked correctly but after 5min and no sign of our waiter we ate as much as we could stomach because we were starving. Sitting down to paying we were there over an hour and were checked on 3 times, wouldn’t come back.

    For the past year or so Saltgrass in Bee Cave can't seem to mange the Landry's Loyalty Program.

    All aspects of the meal was fabulous. Steaks perfectly cooked, sides were terrific and the service was spectacular. Kate (our server) was attentive and friendly.

    They messed up my mother’s order and took the entire meal to bring the correct dish to my mother and didn’t even offer to comp her entire meal. She sat there watching us eat. It was that or our food got cold for 20+ minutes. I was horrified. It was also my dad’s 70th birthday dinner and they gave away the booth we requested. The girl at the front said “oops I just have that away. I forgot to look at the reservations”. Like what?? The whole experience felt like a place being run by kids and incompetent staff. Ruined the whole night. They didn’t even mention my father’s 70th birthday to us or the table.

    Tonight w had our old favorite dish “Baby back ribs.” Once again they did not disappoint. They were cooked to perfection.

    We hadn't eaten at Saltgrass for a while but had a very pleasurable experience. Our steaks were tender and well-prepared and the service was friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back.
