This was our first time our family of 18 visited this location. The food was amazing and the service from Kat was over the top, too notch, pure excellence. We had an amazing time and only wish we have visited much sooner. Thank you Kat and management for working with our many schedule changes in our reservation and making sure our experience was nothing less than phenomenal!

Very friendly server, food was pretty good, Brussels sprouts weren’t cooked enough. Fried shrimp very good, grilled shrimp mediocre. Salad good. We appreciate that the restaurant is here by Fertitta, Landry companies. I grew up on the gulf coast and love Galveston. Thank goodness we have this option here in El Paso.

Food was ok. The waiter got my order wrong three times. I ordered chicken fried chicken and got chicken fried steak. Ordered baked potato with sour cream on the side- it came on top. Ordered salad with dressing on the side- it came smothered with dressing. Not a good experience.

Food was delicious first time here overall are waiter was cool, and was checking up on us to see if everything was okay, I got a t bone it was great, that carrot cake the best I’ve ever tried definitely would recommend, overall the atmosphere of the place is amazing, nice & everyone is so nice & welcoming.

When it comes to certain scenery or an atmosphere i’d say it was good along with impressing the in-laws. I appreciate the woman who took care of my wife’s birthday surprise as well. I think it was catherine or “kat”. I enjoyed it all for sure! The hospitality is superb to other restaurants.

quiero dar 5 estrellas al mesero Hopper de El Paso TX , el servicio de su parte fue exelente, muy amable , y muy eficiente. con la exepcion del servicio de la barra le doy 1 estrella de muy mal sercivio fue pesima, al no tener tequila reposado y para una cadena de restaurantes de esta magnitud de renombre fue los mas vergonzoso, fui a celebrar un cumpleanos de una persona especial para mi, y pedimos margaritas con tequila reposado el dia 8/31/24 a las 8:00 PM y solo tenian silver o blanco que es el mas corriente , mucho menos tendrian tequila extra anejo que se envejece en barricas de roble por mas de 3 anos y el tequila blanco o plata se embotella inmediatamente y ese no se envejece.

We were excited to take my Mom (who was visiting) to Saltgrass. As usual, it was great! Taylor was our server for the majority of our meal, and he was just fantastic. We could not have had better service! The food too was delicious, including the ribeye and the beef tips. And the carrot cake - divine! We left full and very happy!!!
