   It was very busy at 6pm on a Saturday. The server was good. The salad was fresh. My steak was dry. The rest of my party enjoyed their meal

   The food was wonderful. I hate that they removed the double bone big pork chop from the menu. Our server Crystal was awesome and very attentive.

   Food was excellent. Service was great. Love that Saltgrass is one of the restaurants where I can get points for free meals as part of the Landry’s Select Club. We got $25 off our meal last night. That made everything even better. I also saw a heartwarming thing happen there. An older lady was eating her dinner on Valentine’s Day alone. When it came time to pay she was told her meal was already paid for. A man who was with his wife or girlfriend had paid for her meal. It brought tears to my eyes.

   Had reservations and we were seated by the kitchen but manager took us right away to a booth off to the side when we asked if we could move. He was extremely accommodating. Our waiter was excellent with helpful recommendations. Husband had pork ribs that were so good and I had delicious chicken Laredo with amazing side of recommended Brussel sprouts prepared with a sriracha sauce that had a sweetness. That was the star of the show for me. Highly recommend. A little pricey, but it was a treat.

   They were able to accommodate our large party of 24 on a Saturday night. Our server Q was wonderful. The food is always good there but the potato soup was off last night. Some of our guests said that it was gritty. But usually it is wonderful as well.

   Sabrina was so pleasant, and a wonderful waitress. There was 14 in our party, she handle us so well, I was so impressed with her. The steaks were overcooked a bit. Enjoyed our time !!

   The customer service was absolutely outstanding and the cooks served up greatness, as ALWAYS! Our server, Laura deserves an award for her patience and accuracy with our orders! 10 out of 10, would recommend!!

   I love Saltgrass, especially for the range rattlers and the ribs. This visit was not as accommodating as previous visits. I do understand that it was New Years Eve, but my reservation was not timely. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to be seated and the hostess did not provide us with silverware and napkins. We waited almost 15 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us because she said she was working two sections. We had to remind her to take our drink and appetizer orders. Once the entrees arrived, all of our entrees were cold. There was no heat anywhere on any of the food served. I do not like to make a scene so we just asked the waitress for to-go containers, paid our tabs and left.

    Food was excellent. Hubby had the filet. I had the grilled chicken. We both had a salad and a baked sweet potato. The cinnamon butter was delicious on the sweet potato. The bread was wonderful. We will be back soon. Service was great too!
