   Did not appreciate being pushed off our table. Even though we had not exceeded the allocated table time. The food was reasonable. Drink prices shocking. £11 for an Aperol Spritz! I might expect to pay that in Leeds. (But then there’d more than likely be a two for one deal on) but not out of town.

   The staff were attentive and the service was excellent. Food was amazing and good value for money. The only issue I had was the background music was loud and I asked for it turning down at one point.

   Quality of food was good. Only thing that was hot was the Cauliflower Cheese that came separately. Rest of the food was nearly cold. Before we had finished our meal, it was cold. Mentioned it to the waitress but nothing came of it.

   We've been coming to Salute on and off for years and have to say our last visit was the best so far. We had the 8 hr braised beef and it was fantastic, well proportioned and very tasty. Although we were full we couldn't resist dessert and again it certainly didn't disappoint. Justine came to talk to us to see how we were as she knew my husbands mum was very ill, sadly she passed away the week we visited, Justine was lovely and gave us a lasagne to take home for my father in law - which he was so grateful for and loved it. You certainly are made to feel welcome here, it was lovely to see the restaurant so busy but this did not affect the service at all. We won't be waiting as long to come back :)

   Service was quick and friendly, the menu wasn’t the cheapest but you get what you pay for and the food was properly delicious.

   My daughter has had the best afternoon celebrating her 16th birthday with her friends. Justine and the team have really looked after them and made sure they had the best experience. Evie felt so special. The food was delicious and they weren’t rushed at all. A wonderful birthday celebration for her - thank you guys!!!

    We dined from the “2 courses for £25” menu and the food was delicious as always. The restaurant has just been re-furbed to a high standard. The staff were attentive, warm and welcoming, the atmosphere is so friendly. Highly recommended for either lunch or dinner. We never feel rushed even when the restaurant is full.
