   The manager in charge was very rude and arrogant! The waiter, Portuguese guy was very nice and professional! The suppose manager was angry because I ordered only a plate of lobster and spaghetti initially and requested for another plate to be added! He frowned all through and argued I should have ordered for the second plate from the beginning.But the waiter immediately took control and pulled him away and the situation became calm. Though it was very embarrassing!

   It was a disaster, we waited over an hour from our starters to our main courses and complained to the staffs at the time telling us it was coming but didn’t! Eventually when served, the sea bass was raw and had to be returned! It was 10pm by then and we had lost our appetite so no main only ate our starter. We were told short of staff! But it looked as if our orders were miss from the kitchen. We were offered a bottle of wine for the inconvenience but still expected to pay for the bill. It was a pity as there was live music and the atmosphere was lively and vibrant but the food and service let it down bit time therefore would not recommend and would not be going there again.

   Took 30 mins before someone even came to our table and asked us for drinks.. and thats after catching the staffs attention. Shame as the food was great.

   Was stood at the door for 5 minutes with nobody coming to sit us down , made no effort to seat us even though they venue was quiet a real shame as we were really looking forward to the meal

   Wonderful food and service. We will definitely be coming back. It is a hidden gem and looks like a shop from the outside with the restaurant beneath. If you love great pasta it is certainly worth a visit
