   This was our first visit and not sure what to expect. We were very happy about the whole experience….great menu and service was excellent. Would totally recommend for a nice casual night out…..

   Met some friends here. Salmon burger, jambalaya pasta and Caesar salad were all delicious. Server was great. Enjoyed it

   The food was the major downfall of Sam Hill. The restaurant has excellent ambiance and the patio/grassy space outside is amazing. I love the whole vibe Sam Hill has going on. However, the food was not tasty. The spicy chicken sandwich had both dry-rub and hot sauce, making a muddy combination and the broccoli and rice were dry and undercooked. We didn't enjoy the ricotta appetizer either. I hope the food can improve because I'd definitely like to return to this restaurant.

   Food was really good, service was okay but not great. Server was really nice but took a long time to order and we had to ask for refills on drinks.

   We had a large party of 7. Seated outdoors on the deck. Food was really good, but service was even better. Very nice experience.

   The staff and service at Sam Hill could not have been more accommodating for our large party. We originally asked to sit outside but it was too warm for some of the small children that accompanied our group, so we changed our mind and asked if it was possible to move inside. The staff was friendly, accepting, and attentive to our requests and were even understanding when we had to push our reservation back a bit because of traffic. I highly recommend this place for the experience alone, but the professionalism and demeanor of the entire staff at Sam Hill as earned our business for years to come!
