   Very fun place. Food and drinks were quite expensive but overall tastes good and the experience was fun.

   Tables were dirty and one soft pretzel took 30 minutes. We go every year and the quality seems to go downhill more each year.

   Very cool aesthetic. Awesome place to take pics. Wasn’t very busy and service took a while. WAAAAY over priced. I mean $13 for a regular mug of hot chocolate. Food was cold and not very good. One and done

   Decorations were great but the service was not. We were told we could only order off the brunch menu when everyone around us who was there before us ordered off the lunch menu. It took a really long time.

   The holiday decor is over the top in a great way. The customer service is terrible. Tons of spots open and they sat my family at the door where we were freezing. Thoughtless decision ruined the experience and made it not worth the high food prices.

   Went for Santa Baby experience and it was AMAZING. I originally made reservations for the wrong date and it filled up- I was able to send a message and she changed the date for us (Thank you!!) When we checked in I was greeted with a birthday card signed by everyone (thank you!). All three stories were immersed in Christmas decoration. It wasn’t overly crowded, even for a Friday at 9pm. The drinks were good, service was 10/10. And as tiki bar lovers, we will be back next time we are in Chicago!

   We went for the Santa Baby bar experience we had a great time loved all the decor and taking pictures. Food was very good and drink was amazing

   I absolutely loved this place! The Christmas decorations are over the top and are unlike anything I’ve ever seen before! The food and drinks were delicious!

    The place was decorated very well. The food was good, drinks were pretty watered down and for the price that is not acceptable. Service was ok very slow in getting our drinks but food came out quickly. Very disappointed when we were just finishing our dinner the waitress brought out bill but, we told her we wanted dessert and were told our time limit was up and that we would have to get up from our table because they had another group that were going to sit there but clearly there was numerous tables available throughout the bar. Also we were not slow in ordering our food or drinks . When I asked the server to check with management about us staying a little longer because we were seated a little earlier than our reservation was for she said no the clock starts as soon as you sit down but if we really wanted dessert we would have to take it to go. Family was very disappointed and we will not be retuning next year there are so many other places on Clark to go to choose from for Christmas. Anyone wanting to go make sure you set your timer so you get to have dessert or a second drink.
