   I reserved this place and had specific seating directions. As I know, it’s very difficult sometimes but I specifically asked to be seated away from the door and a breeze just to be seated where I didn’t want to be seated. I was cold the entire time. As soon as I sat down, I noticed my silverware and napkin had hair on it. I gave it to the server and he took it and said nothing. When my food came out, IT HAD HAIR IN THE SOUR CREAM. I felt so annoyed but I am not one of the people to make a big deal of things so I gave the sour cream back. There was no sympathy from the staff nor any accommodations. I spent an average of about $51 ish and it was definitely not worth it for what I got. I was very upset and even after I paid, there was still no apologies or anything. There was hair before I ate and when my food came out and my hair is pulled back and my friends hair was pulled up and it wasn’t our hair texture. Very bad experience this go round and nothing was really polite. In fact, the server made it seem like that was a regular thing instead of being more concerned.

   The Santa Baby motif is outstanding. We had a cabana and the holiday decor was throughout. A ton of photo opportunities. My team had a wonderful time.

   3rd year in a row that we’ve visited Santa Baby. It’s a feast for the eyes for sure. Service was very good, the drinks and food a bit pricey but you’re paying for the ambiance. The bars in Wrigleyville have definitely found something to keep them afloat during the off season. Good for them!

   Had a great time at Santa Bar. Beautiful decorations. Fun for adults and kids. Our waiter Freda was great.

   The Santa Baby Bar experience was pretty cool. However, we did get to full experience due to a private event on the other floor. We were notified a few days prior to this however rescheduling wasn’t an option for us. Maybe private events should be limited to week days for future events. Everyone knows people come to experience all the glitz and glams on the weekends.

   The menu really changed causing the dinner to not meet the expectations anymore. The limited menu choices for food really took away from the experience. I will only attend for photo opportunities and no longer the food.

   Beautiful environment. Terrible service. No silverware. Waiter was annoyed that he had to refill our drinks. 2 of us got our food 15 minutes before the other 2. Forgot the cheese on one of our sandwiches and brought out a cold piece of cheese on a plate. Rude staff.
