Food and service was amazing. Frijol con tomate, Caesar salad and short rib were my favorite. I seriously want to come back and try everything on the menu

I have eaten here before & it was delicious. This time not so much. Disappointed with the dumplings & the lamb shank had hardly any meat on it. I mentioned it to the waiter & nothing was done. Not a comment no credit which is NOT what I was looking for but the gesture would have been good customer service. The corn salad was soggy. So 😞

Some things were good but eh lobster ceviche and Ceasar salad was so salty it was not edible. The street corn, chicken and braised short ribs were good. Not sure I would go back.

For our party of 4 we had 3 small plates and 3 entrees. Everything was outstanding but the favorites were the Barria Dumplings and the salmon entree. Heavenly!

This was our first visit to Santo and it lived up to all of the reviews and word of mouth. We love to sit at the bar and chat with bartenders and that was a great decision. Helpful with cocktails-they were great. Helped us make great meal decision, very honest in terms of description and amount. The dumplings and tuna crudo were over the top delicious. Our short rib was perfectly cooked and the beans were an amazing touch. Basque cheesecake was a great finish. We will most certainly be back!!

Food amazing, drinks outstanding. We LOVE the server with the hat (forget her name - gorgeous dark hair and awesome tan hat)! Always ask what the fresh seafood is - and you can never go wrong with any of their margaritas. Our favorite neighborhood yum!
