Menu change: I have come for brunch for years and use to love the vegetable scramble. It was a beautiful veggie hash and the eggs were fluffy and it was a good portion. Had it today and it is literally scrambled eggs with what tasted like canned artichoke hearts and red pepper. I had one tiny piece of orkra(maybe) and two pieces of onion. Disappointed is an understatement. It was just whatever, definitely not worth $20.

The food & service were great. The Caesar salad is a little "odd," as the dressing is not white & creamy. It was more of a vinaigrette. The ribeye steak was HUGE. No one at our table could finish it. All 3 were flavorful & very tender. Cooked to perfection! Accompanied with Brussel sprouts, mushrooms & mashed potatoes, they were all very tasty. Finished off with a dessert of cookies & gelato, bread pudding and cappuccinos. The service was good. A few neighboring tables were loud and obnoxious, yelling out at people they knew as they walked in . Management never said anything to them about quieting down. : (

The sapphire salad was delicious with an assortment of lettuces and vegetables, bacon, and goat cheese. I am on a healthy low calorie diet and this meal was so satisfying that I didn’t feel like I was dieting at all.

Stopped in for a later dinner after an art event in town. My wife had a shrimp and veggie special that was outstanding. I had the Waygu burger that was also excellent.

We enjoyed our brunch at Sapphire in Laguna Beach. The outdoor seating was fantastic and our server was very kind. She recognized that we said we were traveling and offered us waters to go as we were leaving. Food was good and I definitely go back on a future trip back to Laguna.

Our favorite place in Laguna Beach. Indoor and outdoor dining all year with multiple fire pis and heaters the ambiance is perfect. The food is wonderful and the service is excellent. And thank you, Melissa! We had another terrific time! Check out Sapphire. You'll like it!

The service was not great. Took awhile to get server to the table. My food was OK. Everyone who ordered the burgers seemed to love them. The fries were great too.
