Great experience! We had Trance music coming somewhere from downstairs. Perhaps the place is a night club as well ?

As always, the food was fabulous. Unfortunately, the restaurant was incredibly loud with a party going on in the back room. Moreover, our server was very tentative and soft spoken so it was hard to hear her and to talk among the four of us. That challenge was complicated further by the extremely slow service. It took over15 minutes to be offerred drinks and then more than 45 minutes for our entrees. For a fabulous restaurant, our evening was disappointing.

The pros of our evening ... Scallops were delicious, salmon was served hot and was very good. The service was excellent. Staff very accommodating and friendly. The cons ... bread was served right out of the refrigerator. There was music playing in another room, but the percussion (thump, thump thump) was felt in our dining room throughout the time we were there. We were hoping for a more cozy atmosphere, instead it was rather stark and probably the trend of restaurants these days. We felt it odd that after the diners at the table next to us left, that the wait staff never completely cleared the table.
