   The best restaurant in San Antonio (SA) is Savor, the SA Culinary Institute of America (SACIA). We haven’t eaten at every restaurant in SA, but it doesn’t diminish what we have experienced the last couple of times we’ve eaten at the SACIA. The food is fresh, exquisitely prepared, displayed impeccably and simply delicious. The service was engagingly flawless. It’s true the SACIA is supposed to represent what we experienced, but we also believe this is how all restaurants should operate, i.e., use fresh ingredients, skillfully prepared, artfully presented and heavenly appetizing. It’s a MUST if you want to experience an incredible gastronomical journey. Thank you SACIA! Rick & Chris

   Amazing service and food - and definitely order the wine pairings with each course. It was a great experience anyone in San Antonio (visitor or local) should check out.

   Wonderful experience - I appreciate this is part of the Culinary Institute of America - it is a very good value - the food is very good and the teaching chefs ensure the quality and the level of service - everyone is welcoming and constantly ensuring you are happy

   My daughter and I had a lovely evening at Savor! We tried new things like wild boar and a smoky lavender cocktail. You could feel the excitement of the new chefs. All of the students rotate between the kitchen, the bar and the dining room (on different nights). Our server, Megan, did an excellent job! She was very personable and informative about the food and other things of interest in San Antonio. The teacher also made a point to come speak with us. He was both interesting and informative. We felt welcomed and treated like royalty. The food was delicious and each course was artfully presented. I wish I had more of that berry pudding for breakfast!!

   We went for my mother's birthday and had a fabulous experience. I choose the rabbit confit, the oxtail dumplings, and the duck. They were all excellent choices. We will be back!

   Recognizing that this is student learning experience, we have always appreciated the hard work and sincerity if the servers at Savor. Our meals were very well prepared and served with grace and careful attention. My wife had an excellent grilled butter lettuce salad while I their apple & fennel soup. We both had the duck entree and then I had a berry compote with custard cream while she had a rhubarb ice cream dessert. We enjoyed them all.
