Our server was amazing and was very informative about the menu. Her recommendations were exactly as described and she was overall very friendly and welcoming! We had a great time and will be back.

Clueless customer service and management. Arrived on time for our reso and were told 15 mins later that they would see if something was available but that we had to wait for tables to leave. Hostess was left to handle annoyed customers while management was invisible. Waited another 15 minutes (30 mins past our reso) and as we were leaving, the Manager finally appeared and said she would see if something was available? Far too little and far too late. Everyone was rushing around and frazzled. There were multiple parties waiting for tables, looking annoyed. The manager on duty did not seem overly apologetic about their lack of organization or poor customer service. We were never even offered a water while we waited, let alone a glass of wine.

Scarpetta has the best pizza in town! Their beautiful new venue is welcoming and vibrant. All the staff are friendly, and the food! Oh! Perfection, every time! This is my favourite restaurant, and we’ll continue to come back time and time again to celebrate all of life’s moments. Thank you for another perfect evening.
