Scarpetta’s name is derived from the familial gesture “Fare la Scarpetta!” an Italian expression that describes the gesture of taking the little boot-shaped piece of bread to soak of the remaining sauce left in the pot of one’s home kitchen. We represent the indulgent pleasure of savoring a meal down to its very last taste! The ambiance can be described as lightly understated. With an elegant approach to design all while simultaneously creating a chic, inviting, and inspiring environment. We have one of the best viewpoints at the Cosmopolitan that overlooks the Las Vegas strip, facing towards the Bellagio fountains. The fountains paired with our sultry mood lighting and smooth Italian classic music in the background, we foster an undeniably, effortless and romantic dining experience.

                  I have always been a fan of Scott Conan, and finally on my 65th bday I enjoyed a meal to remember! Our friends and my husband and I loved the friendly, personable staff making our visit one for the books. The food was so tasty, melted in your mouth!! Delicious 😋

                  We were looking forward to a new place and were excited about trying Scarpetta. While the food was excellent, the service was horrible. We were never asked for a second round of drinks and our water glasses never refilled. We got tired of sitting and waiting and had to flag a manager down to get our check. By the time they asked if we wanted desert, we were so tired of sitting and looking at our empty glasses, we got it we just wanted to leave. Ironically, the couple across from us shrugged as they were having the same experience. It's very loud and might be nice for a large group but not a romantic setting at all. Not sure where the view is as we never saw it. Just mirrors and a 'peek a boo view' of the bottom part of a marque.

                  Great service by Burke. Hostess was very welcoming and gave us a great seat. Calamari was freshly cooked. No heating up food in this place. Went off menu with a veal chop parm and half order of the spaghetti. The pistachio cherry mousse was a work of art and tasted great. Spaghetti was delicious. Makes sense it is a signature dish. Will be back.

                  Had an awesome dinner at Scarpetta with my colleagues! The food was incredible—seriously, the duck and foie gras ravioli was out of this world, and the agnolotti was absolutely amazing. We also had some great wine that paired perfectly with everything. The vibe was great, the service was on point, and we left super happy. Definitely a spot I’d recommend and can’t wait to come back!

                  We have been at Scarpetta every time we come to Vegas, at least 2 times a year. Food and service was great, the only thing I was disappointed i made a reservation requested a nice table for our special occasion and they did acknowledged that but the table was by the wall and when we ask for the better table by the window they said is for 4 guests and after half an hour they gave the window table to a couple, I don’t think we go back again .
