   Overall a lovely meal, nice crab salad and gazpacho as starters, our only criticism is that the main courses need to be balanced out in size. The sea trout was lovely but served with 2 Jersey Royals and 2 Asparagus spears chopped up, a few more potatoes some green beans would have completed the dish. My wife’s cod came on a large bed on lemony orzo which was a good size. A tarte de tartin for 2 was very good. We will come back though.

   Had a fantastic lunch, good choice on the menu, service was fantastic. Friendly and very hospitable, and the food was absolutely lovely, will definitely be back.

   This venue is always a delight. The setting of the mill, tucked between tributaries of the river, is idyllic, with lovely gardens dotted with secluded seating areas. As it was a day of blue skies and warm sun, we ate outside under an awning. Pure heaven. The service was relaxed and efficient, and the food - as ever - was delicious. My only complaint is that the roast cod I had with a sort of Orzo risotto was a little dry. This is our favourite place to eat out, ideal for treating friends we care about to lunch.

   The Mill is a really pretty venue down a long track and away from the road. It’s truly bucolic. The food there is really great. Lots of local produce, well executed. I had the most delicious Norfolk black chicken with a tarragon broth full of spring vegetables. The staff are super friendly too and very helpful.

   Always a great experience at Sculthorp Mill! A beautiful outdoor setting (on a stream with pretty gardens), with a delicious menu (the oysters and the roast chicken pie for 2 particular favourites) and great, friendly service. And they welcome dogs!

   Lovely service. Clearly very popular. Probably a bit “ trendy” for us . Why mess up chocolate mousse by adding tonka beans? However food well presented and lots of diners enjoying their food.

   Totally outstanding in every way. Staff were very friendly and the food was exceptional. We visited on a Wednesday lunchtime, so it was quieter but we will certainly be back. That was our first visit!

   Pricey but on a par with similar establishments in the area. That said the food and service were first rate and we will definitely go again.

    We turned up an hour early for our booking due to our earlier plans ending sooner than expected. The host managed to seat us almost immediately even though it was a busy Sunday. All staff were friendly and helpful, food was great. The roast beef sharer was cooked to perfection and the Guinness soda bread was delicious! Unfortunately we didn't have room for dessert today. Service could have been more attentive, we had to flag staff down for a second round of drinks, but it was busy. Will return if we're in the area.
