Mother’s Day dinner was great! Cooks have done without loud club music, but food and service were excellent

Took a while for someone to 1st come over which is fine no big deal the rest of the service was fine. It was Mothers Day so they were busy. Ambience was good I liked the look of the place. The food was just not very good aside from the Garlic Noodles which my son liked. Calamari - more of a chew than you would like Shrimp cocktail - shrimp were ok sauce was bland Cajun butter Shrimp Boil - was not what you expect when ordering a boil. Came in a flat cast iron dish that had a sauce that seemed to be thickened with corn starch, flavor not good. Only ate half and not worth taking BBQ Wings - crazy thick caked on sauce, actual wings average, no dipping sauce

Food, cocktails, and service were all great! Only setback was the fact that we were forced to eat at 4 pm because reservations only allowed til 4 and website claimed no tables were available for later. The place was vacant all the time we were there. Maybe a handful of diners present.

We were recommended here from someone, from my Husband doctor’s office today. Was looking g for a place to celebrate his birthday. Wow! The place was pretty empty for a Tuesday night. People was at the bar but was pretty slow. We had a great waitress who was very excellent.Lyssia was great! Food was superb! Everything came out hot which is always a plus for me. Food was really good! No! go you won’t be disappointed if you’re a seafood lover. For four of us was under 200 dollars. ( with tip included)

Looking online, we thought the restaurant looked promising and the photos of the food were attractive. Upon arriving, we saw that the place is basically a big bar with a smaller area off to the side for tables and booths. Very loud rock music. Food was almost exclusively fried. Out waitress was wonderful and worked hard to accommodate our request for broiling the salmon.

Waiter was polite but it took quite some time to receive our cocktails. He did apologize for the wait. Food was tasty. A 15% gratuity is automatically added to your tab, regardless of party size. We were just a party of 2 & usually tip 20% or more. Since the tip was included we kept it as is.

The crab boils are amazing here, I usually get the Jersey Catch and my wife gets an ala cart dinner. Seafood is fresh and cooked well on every visit. The one thing I did like or appreciate is an automatic 15% gratuity added to the bill for 2 people, usually they are added to a party of 6 or more, other than that, our experiences here have been great and memorable.

Our waiter was outstanding he was great great service I wish I k we his name young guy but was a wonderful waiter. The apps were great everyone liked their fried seafood dishes the softshell crabs fried not so good the Mardi Gras pasta was outstanding. One deal breaker is we ordered oysters and at 5:30 on a Saturday night they only had a dozen left which is strange for a seafood restaurant...shrimp cocktail was great...I wouldn't go for raw bar...drinks were delicious but not consistent..:I hate to say anything bad but I have to be honest...I would recommend to go if you like a boil or friend dishes...chicken tenders were great
