Many of us had to wait in a small area even though we had reservations. It was a while before the waiter even made it to the table. Said he was going to bring a knife for the meal and never did. Had to ask for more water and never got it. My food was delicious. My husband’s was good but he thought it was too salty.

My waitress Chanel was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, positive, and helpful. It was my first time there, and I wanted to thank her for a pleasant experience. Management needs to be more attentive to ALL CUSTOMERS and also be more considerate of the needs of their staff.

Started out rocky and continued a downward spiral. When we arrived for our 930p reservation promptly we were informed by the hostess, we were checked in and would be seated in a moment. 15 minutes later finally seated with plenty of open tables to use? Our waitress Sarah wasn’t available but someone else came ofer to get us started. We ordered drinks to get started. Sarah came over to get us going with apps. Sarah was very friendly and energetic. I informed Sarah of how gritty the outside of the glasses of water were. She apologized and quickly replaced them. She gave some suggestions and we ordered. By this time I was enjoying my glass of wine, when I noticed the same gritty debris on my wine glass. This was not as bad as the water glasses so I let it go. As I was enjoying my date night with my wife, she shows me again some sort of foreign substance on the outside of her old fashion. That was enough for us. Did not get to try the food as we stopped the apps order. The manager came over and comped our drinks. Offered to oversee the rest of our dining. We declined as the experience was disappointing. Was given a gift card to try again, unsure if we will return.

I made a reservation for my mother birthday an it literally took them 30 mins to seat us after the initial reservation the front seemed as if they basically ignored us an had us standing in the front for 30-45mins with no updates so they eventually just sat us at a table the sever was amazing just the front staff needs to do better with communication

We were seated within 5mins of our reservation time. Our waiter was efficient and answered questions, but made no suggestions and seemed rushed. Understandably during the Valentine’s Day dinner rush. The menu had something for everyone. I had the 1/2 rotisserie chicken. It was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. Although the entirety of the skin on the dark meat came off with the first cut. The rice pilaf has a sweet taste so if you want a savory taste try the risotto. My fiancé enjoyed the tartness of the pineapple cosmo. The mini desserts were tasty. I enjoyed the ambience and the overall dining.

We had a great dining experience at Seasons 52. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. •Cheeseburger with Bun – Cooked well, juicy, and flavorful. The bun held up nicely without getting soggy, and the overall portion was satisfying. Definitely a solid choice for a classic yet elevated burger. •Steak Tacos – My wife enjoyed them. The steak was tender, well-seasoned, and paired well with the fresh toppings. A good balance of flavors without being too heavy. •Kids’ Mac & Cheese – A hit with the kids! Creamy, cheesy, and portioned just right. It wasn’t overly processed or artificial-tasting like some kids’ menus. •Mini Desserts – A perfect sweet ending. The small size lets you enjoy something decadent without feeling overly stuffed. We tried a few, and they were all well-made, especially the chocolate and key lime options. Service & Overall Experience: The service was attentive but not overbearing, and the pacing of the meal was just right. Seasons 52 remains a great spot for a high-quality, fresh meal with something for everyone. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) – Would definitely return!
