   Diese Restaurant war das schlechteste, das ich jemals in Sofia besucht habe. Ich kann es nicht weiter empfehlen bzw. muss jeden davor warnen, dieses Restaurant zu besuchen. Das Problem: wir haben für den 25.12.2024, 12 Uhr 30, reserviert. Für die Reservierung war niemand zuständig, wir sollten uns dahin setzen, wo wir wollen. Nach 20 Minuten war immer noch keine Servicekraft mit Speisekarte am Tisch. Auf Nachfrage kam ein Kellern nach 30 Minuten und meinte, wir sollten uns umsetzen, da dieser Tisch reserviert sei. Gegen 13 Uhr 20 wurde Bestellung aufgenommen, das erste Esse (Salat) kam gegen 13 Uhr 45. Bis dahin war von den Getränken Fehlanzeigen. Die Hauptgerichte folgten in unregelmäßiger Reinfolge ab 14 Uhr 15. Das eingesetzte Personal war bei einer Besetzung des Restaurants von rund 40 Prozent total überfordert. Selbst die Bestellung der Rechnung hat mehr als 30 Minuten gedauert. Fazit: Es war ein Alptraum - und ich werde in Zukunft meinen Geschäftspartnern abraten dieses Hotel (Vertragshotel von Coca Cola European Pacific Partners) bzw. das Restaurant zu besuchen.

   terrible waiters, they do nothing but treat customers rudely and have an indifferent attitude! On my last visit, even though I made a reservation for 3 people 2 days in advance for my guests coming from abroad, they gave me only two chairs and said that the third person had to stand. There were people sitting at the same tables with 3-4 chairs. It is ridiculous that such a business does not have spare chairs.

   in my reservation i ve noted to have a table in forno of view and it wasn't. I didn't known that Was permess to smoke, so the air was terrible. The local had a problem with water, so wc wasn 't available. In the complex was good only the view .

   Vista molto bella. Abbiamo prenotato giorni prima ma alla nostra richiesta di sederci ai tavoli vicino alla vetrata, nonostante ce ne fossero molti vuoti e lo sono stati per il resto della serata, ci è stato risposto che non potevamo sederci lì poiché ci avevano riservato un tavolo in posizione centrale. Inoltre poco dopo altre persone hanno chiesto di spostarsi vicino alla vetrata e la loro richiesta è stata accolta! Da Precisare che abbiamo ordinato due taglieri e due bevande alcoliche con un tavolino per due persone molto ristretto. Prezzi moderati tranne per un Aperol Spritz pagato 21 lev (il quale non era nemmeno presente sul menu quindi costo a sorpresa sullo scontrino), un po’ alto rispetto ai prezzi della capitale considerando che un tagliere di formaggi lo abbiamo pagato 25 lev!

   We sat and had dinner before moving over to the bar part. They sat us but then forgot we were there until a manger came over after 30 minutes of us sitting and being the only ones in the food area. When we moved to the bar part to enjoy the view everyone was smoking and the whole place was one big cloud of smoke. We left after 1 drink and smelled of smoke the rest of the night. The view is not worth the amount of smoke.

   Today, we visited a rooftop bar, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. Here are the reasons: 1.Seating Arrangements: We were assigned a small table for two, although larger tables were available. The staff informed us that other tables were reserved, but these remained empty for the 1.5 hours we were there. 2.Table Space: The plates provided were large and did not fit comfortably on the table, making it difficult to arrange our dishes and dine comfortably. 3.Storage for Outerwear: There were no designated places for jackets, and guests had to use their chairs for storage. When we requested an additional chair for our coats, the response from the staff was less than accommodating. 4.Service Approach: The service staff reached across the table to pour our drinks, coming very close to our food with their clothing, which felt intrusive and affected the dining experience. Not recommended to visit.
