   First visit. My wife who is of Filipino background was confused by the half filipino half english menu listing, with some of the filipino terms, not relating to their traditional meaning/way. A clearer description appropriate. Nevertheless the food was of high quality with generous servings. Waiter service was very friendly & efficient, and helpful with any questions. Disappointing was the significant mark-up on the drinks menu; a stubby of San Miguel $13.00 which can be bought at Dan Murphy for $2.80, and a glass of Werkstatt riesling $19.00, which can bought by the bottle online for $38.00. All the wine by the glass was in $17-23 range with bottles of Australian wine in the $80-90+ range.

   Always perfect, every time I’m in Melbourne I always come to Serai. The only restaurant I’ve ever been to that makes you feel like you’re eating at someones pinoy house feeled with love.

   Life changing flavours, no exaggeration. The lamb ribs and pigs head tacos were worth the flight price from Sydney alone.

   Our dining experience at Serai was 2nd to none! The service was great with all staff friendly, engaging, attentive and helpful. The restaurant has a trendy vibe suitable for both groups and couples. The food was an absolutely delicious experience of Filipino flavors - the presentation was amazing. A must visit!

   Incredibly delicious fusion food Great location and service Sat indoors and wished the tables were a little further apart Would highly recommend the lamb and kangaroo tartare, and the claypot. Will definitely be back!

   We loved our evening at Serai! Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic. We were celebrating family birthdays and this evening was a huge hit. For those who struggle a bit with hearing, the aesthetic is cool industrial (lots of hard surfaces) so a bit of noise. Recommend!!
