Humbly innovative. Fueled by a passion to draw deeper connections between food and spirits, Service Bar delivers an experience that is refreshingly innovative, much of that due to carefully placed hints of nostalgic flavors and techniques. Housed in Middle West Spirits, one of Ohio’s first craft distilleries, the stunning main dining room is both intimate in size and lively in energy.

Full dinner service is available first-come first-serve at the main bar, and by reservation at a variety of smaller individual tables that accommodate 2-6 guests.

    The atmosphere was nice, our server hovered a little too much, asking us about 4-5 times if our food was tasting good. The same food we had for the entire meal, kinda felt robotic. The wings were so overly salty we couldn’t finish them, but everything else was delicious and our cocktails were excellent. We would go back.

    The cocktails were delicious! The vegan dish was incredibly tasty, but it was missing calories. Maybe some beans could be added? Some other protein? It was not at all filling, but was tasty.

    The pastrami-smoked trout was the most delicious, beautiful, creative dish I've eaten in a long, long time. Everything was fantastic, from the service to the drinks, to the food. Only nit to pick is that being seated next to the door, even with the portico in place, made for a chilly blast now and then. Quite a distraction from what was overall a truly great dinner. (Just close the inside door!)

    We overstay over the closing time and still got our water glasses refilled, food was excellent and service amazing.

    Hours were not very clear on the website so I called ahead asking for clarification. I was told kitchen closes at 9, bar last call was at 11. Our reservation for dinner was at 8 on Saturday. We tried to order drinks at 9:45 after dinner and were told they were closing and wouldn’t be serving us, even though less than 3 hours prior I was told closing was at 11. Super disappointing and felt extremely unwelcome. Hospitality was very clearly not a priority.

    Everything was wonderful at Service Bar. The drinks were exceptional, and the food was great. The fries are still amazing! I look forward to many future dinners.

    The food at service bar is top notch. I love sitting at the bar and watching the chef and staff prepare the dishes. They really care about presentation and quality. The staff is always fun and friendly. It’s like coming home.

    My wife and I really enjoyed the food and drinks and the ambience. The duck fat fries with homemade ketchup were really good. The Tuscan Braised Pork Cheeks were delicious.
