   Another lovely family meal at the Seven Stars. The food and service were spot on as was the bar area where we sat.

   The number of service staff was just right. We weren't kept waiting at any point, neither did we feel rushed. The generous roast dinners came with a selection of well-cooked veg and trimmings. My only thought was that I needed just a little more salt, but otherwise all good.

   Waitress took ages to get us a drink. Although not busy.belly of pork was burnt and hard. Vegetables overcooked. Although the cost was removed. Small gammon was fine although veg overcooked again. Desserts good Lacking friendly welcome ☹️will not return

   Well worth the 1.5hrs drive. We will definitely be returning. Wonderful staff, wonderful pub and setting and perfect roast . Thank you

    The food was great, the service was excellent, and the dining area was very clean and attractive. Just one small criticism - the main courses on the Saturday lunch menu included only one vegetarian option (excluding the fish dish). All found, a very enjoyable luncheon.
