Welcome to Shabo's Bistro, a chef-owned fine dining restaurant in Naples, Florida featuring contemporary American cuisine with a delightful Mediterranean twist.
Chef Shabo dedicated half of his career to the Marriott Corp and successfully opened two restaurants in Miami over the last decade.
In November 2019, his previous restaurant earned acclaim from a local critic Mike Mayo featured in the Sun Sentinel South Florida. Building on this success, he was recognized in May 2023 on "Check, Please! South Florida," airing on WPBT, WXEL and Youtube.
At Shabo's Bistro, we believe that the kitchen is a place of love and passion. Chef Shabo's expertise in spices is renowned, and his lamb dishes are a testament to his culinary mastery as well as slow-cooked perfection of our Beef Short Ribs.
We're offering a diverse menu that caters to a wide range of dietary preferences: vegetarian/vegan, or gluten-free, etc.
Shabo's Bistro is a family restaurant, offering brunch, lunch, happy hours and dinner.

    Restaurant had a strange foul water smell upon entering. Waiter was great. My snapper was very fishy and unpleasant. We enjoyed ourselves but it wasn’t as good as experience as past dinners there.

    Decided to try Shabos for Father’s Day. Interior is lovely, service good. The olive chicken was a generous portion as was the Egyptian Ful. The lava cake was almost all lava and no cake. Perhaps should have baked a bit more. Generous size though.

    I booked a table of 6, we were all first time diners at Shabo’s. Our waitress Clarice did a great job. She gave us a bit of history of the chef/owner and provided a great overview and recommendations of the menu. Tried 4 apps..all were delicious Everyone devoured their meals: branzino, sea bass, snapper, short rib and a veal specialty. We will definitely be back. Great new addition to the restaurant scene

    Very nice bistro and service is great. Unfortunately for me, most dishes are for lamb lovers which I am not one of them.

    We were so happy with the service and the food. The food was outstanding, best meal I have had out in a long time. Can’t wait to go back.
