   Love their buffet with great variety of fresh ingredients and sauces including desserts and soft drinks. Have dined several times since their opening day. Very unique dining experience with healthy choices.

   We have been to Shabu-Yo @ Naperville since their opening day. Sure took long time to open … but it was worthwhile this long wait . Amazing menu, huge variety, also lots of healthy veggie choices, beautiful venue, family friendly, reasonable prices, also the best customer service. They have excellent special prices for weekdays comercial lunch buffet… yummy choices !!! Special thanks to their friendly waitrr/staff !!!!

   The crab legs are very salty. The salad bar didn’t have any good sauces. Only had soy sauce, when everybody eats a variety of sauces. Also feel like they should’ve had some type of seasoning to season the food after you cook it. For 130 bucks all you can eat was the only thing that was worth it. You would just be eating a bunch of strange meats because they don’t label them after they come out.

   Servers were very nice and the menu was great. It’s all you can eat for whatever category you buy and it’s 100% worth the price. The broth was also delicious.

   The food was delicious..great experience.. I just wish I could take my food home .. there’s no to go plates.. other than it’s a nice place to eat .. my favorite was the sushi .. I ordered too much of it 😂

   Music volume was super high, the sushi tasted as if it were sitting out for hours, the rice of the sushi was harder. Definitely did not taste good. We also had the snows crab with the ayce option ($9+ charge) and it tasted so salty (not a normal salty taste), we did not order more at all. Service was good, but they weren’t really attentive considering there wasn’t any busy tables around us.

   The orders are not getting in right. Quite messy in the buffet area and choices are few. Been in a lot of Shabu places here and abroad.

   The service was great. The banger and waiter were very friendly and helpful. The veggie selection while good doesn’t seem to be as good as their Schaumburg location. The prepared food here seems to be better. Well stocked and presented nicely. The fresh veggie selection had maybe one or two selections of a particular item, the Schaumburg location would have 3 or 4. But all in all still a good time.
