   The service was standard. The issue was the food and the price. My New York strip was 100% charred and burnt for a $200 meal; it was absolutely absurd

   The Thanksgiving Dinner meal was not worth the money.. I am willing to bet that all this food pretty much was like Sisco prepared, Buffet was like a cafeteria level quality (not a Gourmet Buffet). Said bar had like 3-4 items very limited... Shrimp were the only thing good. Deserts were like store bought super sweet pies... couldn't eat much of them. The atmosphere was like eating in a seniors home... people dressed in sweats and Jeans.. My wife and I were dressed for dinner in a suite.... no ambiance, plastic battery operated candle and no table cloth no the the table. $30 tip pre added... for pouring water and removing a couple of plates... We had to serve our selves. Our bill for two dinners with water to drink and tip was $214. very disappointed for the money.. It is what it is, but I would not recommend for any special occasion (like Thanksgiving Dinner etc). I wish it was better but both my wife and I were disappointed with this meal event.

   The food Thanksgiving dinner food was very good. Stuffing with excellent gravy was excellent. The ham was really good so we’re the sides. The only thing we would say we were disappointed. They only had a turkey breast. We are dark meat lovers and wish they would’ve had a real turkey with dark meat, the dessert was just pumpkin pie pecan pie apple pie and we had to ask for whip cream for the pumpkin pie but service was pretty good for how busy they were and it was a little on the pricey side $85 per person plus they include the gratuitythat I was OK with

   We sat in one of the outdoor gabazo/greenhouses, and it was so magical. We didn’t know those were n option, so we had a nice surprise there and it was quite magical. The food was excellent and the service was just as good. We highly recommend this place for a special occasion, or if you're just wanting a 5 star experience.

   Beautiful venue, delicious cocktails and food. Our sever let us sit there for 15 minutes, no acknowledgement and walked by about 10 times. The manager noticed we were being ignored and came over and got our drink order and offered a free appetizer. The waitress Bonnie then came by and said she didn’t know about us being seated in her section for 15 minutes. She didn’t the exact same thing to the next couple seated in her section. The manager noticed and then gave the second table to a different server. Poor parking choices if you are not a guest at the Hilton.

    Food was fantastic. The manager brought out our food and dropped my fork on the floor. ( we were seated outside) he said he'd be back with a fork but never returned about 5 minutes later, Our waitress, who was outstanding, came by to check how our food was and brought my fork so I could eat.
