This cocktail-style reception features four exceptional champagnes—Ayala Brut Majeur, Ayala Brut Rosé Majeur, Bollinger Special Cuvée, and Bollinger La Grande Année (2015)—perfectly paired with Oysters on the half shell including Hama Hama and Island Creek oysters. Designed for mingling and learning, this event will be held in Shaw's Main Dining Room bar under the iconic green "Shaw's" neon. We recommend booking a reservation at Shaw’s to continue the celebration with dinner, as this event is the perfect way to start your evening. The event is $99.95 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included).
