From the OpenTable editors: Chef David Schlosser trained under sushi master Masa Takayama before opening his 40-seat restaurant that celebrates Kappo cuisine, meaning that there’s always something raw, steamed, boiled, fried, and grilled on his extraordinary (and sushi-free) MICHELIN-Starred omakase menus. Dishes like anago eel tempura and grilled bamboo shoots wrapped in roe make it one of the most exciting Japanese restaurants in town.
