    Beautiful food , very busy which shows good food only disappointment was the Toilet facilities they were filthy, door handles and surrounds looked like they were never wiped clean as the grime was thick and full of bacteria. If you were in the outback you could expect it, If I could post photos and the tests for hygiene you would come prepared or the health department would be directing some sort of action. May be the facilities were shared with hotel but the daily inspection list was obviously just a gimmick

    Food was good but the service was pretty bad. Didn’t remember water cups, brought us the wrong food, didn’t check in at all

    We four friends had such a lovely time over and extended lunch. The management and staff are super nice and looked after us with great attention and pleasantness. We will definitely choose Shiraz for another get together.

    Got sick of waiting for a menu after about 15mins I asked a waitress walking passed. Food was quick but only warm and the chicken was only just cooked not much flavour at all. Drinks took ages to arrive but were nice. Most of the staff were friendly. Definitely overpriced. I was very disappointed

    Our first experience of Persian food and everything was delicious. We tried the banquet to try everything and so much food. Lovely staff with just enough contact from hosts.

    The good was tasty but service rushed. We hadn’t finished our starters when the mains came out and we had to lift plates to accomodate. The restaurant should have the basics covered for the cost.

    there were numerous empty tables but our seating was back to back with other bookings when you need to go to the convieniences 3 people down 1 side of the table were forced to provide a exit
