   Came for my friend’s birthday and what a wonderful time. The staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. We had the teppanyaki and some cocktails and everything tasted absolutely amazing and the chef was funny and engaging. Overall a fantastic experience.

   Lugar ruidoso. Las cocinas teppanyaki haciendo su espectáculo, la música alta. No nos sentaron hasta estar todos los comensales, así que nuestra cena se retrasó. El sushi bastante regular. La comida de la plancha no estaba mala y el cocinero fue simpático, pero los camareros no entendían la mitad de las comandas y tuvimos que pedir varias cosas varias veces.

   I was charged £20 for a deposit even though we didn’t even eat here. Barely got through the door it was so packed. Apparently there was a ‘backlog’ we didn’t get told that till half an hour after our reservation. Spent 30 mins standing at the door being ignored so we just left as we could see how the service would end up being just based off that first encounter.

   Really good experience, loads of fun, food cooked in front of you, plenty of food which was excellent, had a woucher deal which was a great deal, would certainly go back

   We booked as we had seen some reviews saying it was awesome and a good show, but when we got there, it was empty. The food didn’t taste super fresh & due to there not being any other guests, just us and one other couple - the waitress was eerily lingering around our table. The set teppanyaki menu lacked excitement and value for money. The starter was a basic lettuce and shredded carrot salad and a watered flavour chicken soup. The actual teppanyaki show felt rushed. The chef could have got us involved more as it was only us at this point. The pudding was a cheap chocolate ice cream with whipped cream on top. Overall, very underwhelming in comparison to what you see online.

    Bland tasting food, and after sharing with staff the reply was “next time order …” instead of listening to the customer Poor service and poor food. Would not waste your time, like we did
