The Shor is no longer in operation, now rebranded as The Buffet, featuring Korean Kalbi style BBQ. We arrived on time after confirming our reservation on line only to find out that the Buffet did not have a reservation and that we could wait for a seat to eat at the bar, since there were no tables available for two hours. We dine elsewhere as there a plenty of places on Waikiki.

We went to the restaurant but the staff told us Shor does not exist anymore, and the only option was having a buffet at the new restaurant. Our last dinner was ruined.

This restaurant no longer exist. Please remove it. We were not at all happy to land after a 12 hr flight to discover this doesn’t even exist. The restaurant that is now there didn’t try to accommodate us.

We had a reservation for Father's Day dinner at Shor. Found out right before we left to go to the restaurant when checking on the menu on-line that they got rid of dinners at Shor starting the week before Father's Day without notifying us. Called up the restaurant and this man said that they had transferred all the reservations to a different restaurant at the hotel but somehow could not find our reservation. He was not willing to honor our reservation saying that other people had reservations and they cannot accommodate us despite losing our reservation. Whoever we talked to was rude and made it sound like everything was our fault. We had to scramble for last minute reservation at some other restaurant last minute. We were looking forward to trying this restaurant but will definitely not go here or other restaurants at this hotel anymore.

Food was quite good. Service was excellent Music was way too loud to have a quite conversation But hey we were overlooking the beach, so who can complain!

No Buffett available but the 3 course set menu was spectacular. Service was great and not too busy in the restaurant - would highly recommend!
