We went for the surf and turf night… DONT WASTE YOU MONEY!! The crab legs were not good the meat was unrecognizable. The lemongrass lobster tail was mush, a literal PASTE!!! The prime rib was RAW! And I like my meat very RARE BUT THIS WAS RAW! The shrimp cocktail, bread and soup were excellent!.

We went for the Christmas buffet and showed up at 7:30 PM. They ran out of the main course, the food was picked over, and what was left was overcooked or cold. It was completely disappointing.

This follow-up survey is baseless in that, despite being available online, they do NOT take, or require reservations for the daily breakfast buffet. On day 1, did not know but will fill this out as usual. That it is listed is somewhat indicative of the problems the entire hotel and adjacent sister property have with F&B IT operations though. Ownership changed months ago but, for instance, menus are still posted wrong (Salt Shack), reservations are taken here when they aren't used and so forth. Won't even get into service and missed ordered items meal-after-meal elsewhere. It's why, actually, a buffet like this is good in that one can control one's choices. Everything is kept well-filled, eggs-to-order are quite good and the overall value, with juice and coffee included, is very good for the locale.

Attended thanksgiving buffet. Food was excellent staff and service top notch. We enjoyed outside dining. Our server was above and beyond as was bartender at outside bar. Desserts were really delicious.

This was reccomended by an employee for Thanksgiving dinner. It was like being in the buffet on a cruise ship. Loud, cold food, poor quality. Our waitress was not knowledgeable and left our drinks empty. Would not recommended.

Our visit to Shoreline started by waiting approx 10 minutes for one of the multiple waitstaff who weee standing around to greet us. I had to request a menu and/or information about brunch; what was included, etc. highly disappointed that mimosas were an additional $14. The food or shall we say the lack of food, considering the quality of what was available, was highly disappointing. No Prine Rob, no ham. The carving station was just a terrible piece of squab. Awful. The omelet station had hard boiled eggs and a few chopped up items, cheese, onion & some diced meat. That was it. On the line there was only scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, old waffles and potatoes. We choose to dine there because we believed this was a high-end brunch. Definitely not worth the price or a return visit!

Went here for Sunday brunch and had a great time. The views, ambience and service were emaculate. The food options were great but I found it needed more savory and dessert options. Flavors were great and will definitely recommend and be back. Secoya was our servor. She did an outstanding job. She was attentative, explained everything to us and overall nice demeanor.
