This hotel has turned a corner in recent times. The food is wonderful and the service superb. Occasionally the bar is grossly understaffed, which is entirely the fault of management, but otherwise it's all good!

I booked the brunch by the beach for 12pm on a Sunday however when we arrived they told us that they did not have this option available and that we would need to order from their Christmas menus. All items on this were very dinner orientated and this was not something that we wanted or were able for at this time of the day. There was no compromise offered. We appreciate that this was not the servers fault however due to poor management. Very disappointing as this is somewhere we regularly go. Will reconsider returning.

The ambience of the hotel was excellent. The food was beautiful and we enjoyed the experience thoroughly for my sons birthday. Thank you Shoreline for a wonderful afternoon.
