We had an amazing experience. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, clean and fresh. Wonderful service and great atmosphere. It was pricey meal, but it was a special occasion and i think well worth the price considering the quality, presentation and taste. We have been to this restaurant on a few other occasions and have always been impressed.

I was there with some guests of mine today. Accidentally ordered sashimi bento for one of my guess who dont eat raw fish and asked the waiter to bring it back to the kitchen to briefly torch the fish so my guest can eat them half cooked. The waiter said they cannot do it. I asked to see the Manager but the Manager refuse to come to our table. Very disrespectful of the Manager. I would say not customer orientated at all. At least the Manager can have the courtesy to come over and explain that they are unable to torch the sashimi and to suggest to me to order another dish. and then offer to take away the sashimi bento set. NO. They did not even do that. How rude! This is not the first time service is bad. I was there celebrating my birthday 2 weeks ago with my staff. We asked for spoons at the very beginning when we placed our order. Until I finish my food, I did not get my spoon. I had to use the teaspoon that was given to me when I had my chawanmushi. Come on Shoya... I seriously think you should buck up on your customer service.

Brilliant food, wonderful presentation and a marvellous variety. For a Sunday night, service was a bit slow which was quite surprising. Normally the service is spot on, but on this occasion, it was patchy. The food and the drink certainly were top right and no complaints

Excellent value for the set menu on Father’s Day Except fish head served : not a good idea, hard to eat & not many people love fish head. Cheese cakes served with sparkling candies 👍, highlighting the importance of dads . Thanks 🙏

Food was fresh and delicious! Absolutely amazing seafood. Expected a lot more omotenashi from a Japanese restaurant though.
