El proyecto, que nació en 2019 como una tortillería, molino y taquería de barrio, ha florecido en un concepto gastronómico que rinde tributo a los diversos ingredientes que la naturaleza de México ofrece cada temporada, estableciendo en cada uno de sus platillos un sólido vínculo entre los agricultores y los apasionados del auténticos sabores de la culinaria mexicana.

En Siembra Comedor la calidez es un valor que alimenta el espíritu, la cual se refleja en su sentido de comunidad y su atmósfera colmada de detalles que evocan las distintas tonalidades del maíz criollo. Su mobiliario, con texturas naturales de la madera de tzalam, el recinto, el barro y el tejido de palma, alude a los oficios artesanales del país.

    Great place to try real Native American food. Going back to the roots, utilizing corn to make delicious food and beverages.

    We had made the reservation based on an Eater recommendation, but then had read some lukewarm and slightly negative reviews of the restaurant, and had considered the possibility of canceling and finding somewhere else. Instead, we decided to give the place a shot, and we were In this delighted by what we found. The staff was attentive friendly the food was excellent, and we would not hesitate to return, nor to recommend it to anyone else.

    Llama la atencion la decoracion del restaurante con todo en base al maiz...la atencion de los meseros muy buena, muy atentos y amables. Todo lo que probamos de la carta estaba muy rico, en especial la tostada de atun, el sope con escamoles y los tacos gobernador . Los tamales dulces de postre muy ricos. Muy recomendable el restaurante.

    Has gotten too expensive and food is just ok. Fish of the day has been reduced in size and increased in price. Service has deteriorated significantly since it first opened. Not sure I will go back.
