   Reservations were for 7:30 when we arrived there was plenty of open seating inside, it was cold and raining outside. They tried to seat us outside. I told them we did not want sit outside they then seated us inside. We ordered food, appetizer and drinks. Food took over 2hrs to arrive. This was our first time going to this restaurant so we were unsure of the menu. So we asked a lot of questions I explained to the waitress that I wanted a cooked shrimp or fish meal she recommended something with mahi mahi in it, it came out frozen. Then I told her, that I had explained to her that I wanted a hot meal not a cold one. She then apologized and said she misunderstood me and recommended some shrimp meal that came in a glass with tomatoes etc.... while waiting i ordered a jack and coke 30 minutes passed and i still didnt get my drink, i had to remind her and she said they forgot. Then brought me a crown and coke and said, this all we have is this ok? When the shrimp finally came it was also not a hot meal she apologized and said it was the fastest meal they could make, again not what i wanted. At this point we asked for to go plates paid and left. Terrible experience

   Reservation was at 7 which we got seated for. server was great, Young gentleman whom was polite and friendly but lacked multitasking and follow ups. We waited 30/35 mins for our drinks to arrive and around 50 mins for our appetizers to come. I tried to not it bother me since it was Valentine’s Day but he did not take our food order until 1hr and 15 mins. Server was struggling with managing his 5 tables plus the kitchen seemed to struggle. Food arrived at 9pm, the resultant closes at 9.. we made it that far so we decided to dive in but my lady ordered ceviche which is served in a shape of a sphere. The outfit was frozen and the inside was still raw. The food quality was upsetting and especially for it to take that long and still miss. Spoke with the manager and he made it right for us and we made sure to emphasize that our server was a great guy. We’ll be back to give it another shot on a not so busy day

   I had the grilled octopus and it was yummy. Wife had the paella. It was good though the chicken in it was dry and tough. Their salsa with their tortillas to start were good. Dated finishes inside. Mariano our server was excellent. On top of everything listens well

   They were trying some Broadway event there in the main dining and it was BEYOND loud. Were seating people not there for one event on the patio where service was it good. You could still hear the LOUD music and people on microphones emceeing that event. Food was good but will not be back.

   We catched an event and was loud, but don’t think is the same way everyday. Food is really good, but prices could be lower due to the portions. Service was nice and they even have a small area for kids! Overall is really good!

   We had a great experience for our first time. The seafood broth as a complimentary appetizer was delicious as were both salsas and tortilla chips. It felt like we were transported back to Puerta Vallarta! The service was top notch, drinks were yummy and food was excellent. We also got to listen to live music. I cannot wait to go back!

   It's a simple place, with simple decor. Much of the food is fried, and we were unwilling to try anything featuring cream cheese, but we enjoyed the branzino and thought the Veracruz-style snapper was pretty good too. Service was dreadful. The manager served us, and explained that he was busier than he expected. Somehow, he never managed to connect with us, and we felt like maybe we weren't his kind of people.
