Sister is a restaurant project from Duro Hospitality. Sister will live in the halls of the famed Grape, a Dallas icon for over 40 years. She will serve loosely Italian-inspired neighborhood fare, wood-fired meats and fish, daily house made pasta, and lightly Mediterranean inspired cuisine. The design will feel like a family Trattoria that has grown through the years including collected memorabilia giving the space a quirky and playful feeling. Sister will be a relaxed and comfortable neighborhood spot for every day. Sister is open seven nights per week.

    The two times I’ve been with a reservation, we still have to wait 20+ minutes for a table. Food comes out slow. I know it’s intentional to a certain degree where they “portion everything out,” but at a certain point I lose interest in and stomach space for the remaining dishes. Also I don’t think the food is that good. I was wowed by nothing.

    First time here. Beautiful restaurant and amazing staff. Food is presented family style and got to try several dishes. The burrata and lobster and lasagna specials were amazing. Whipped ricotta dessert was divine.

    Beautiful room and all food was delicious! Cocktails were pretty and tasty, shareable plates for our group of four was more than enough! We will definitely return - this is one of our favorite spots!

    Sister is a unique dining experience. The staff is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. The food portions are small but packed with flavor. A little pricey for the amount of food you get but if you’re willing to spend a little extra, you won’t be disappointed.
