   The service was horrible from the entrance the host seemed as if he was bothered that I had a reservation. No greeting besides “Where would you like to sit”. After being seated we waited 12 mins before being acknowledged and given water. I literally thought I was being punked. I’ve frequented this establishment several times and never have I felt as if they just didn’t want me and my guest business. From the waiter not being friendly to the host not being kind I should have just left. I’ve always loved the food here but the displeasing personalities of the staff makes it hard to want to support the restaurant again.

   My bestie and I had our Galentine’s Day Dinner at Sitti and this was our second dining experience! Just like our first time back in 2022, we absolutely love Sitti!! We had delicious food. Our server was nice and attentive. And the restaurant was clean, warm and inviting. We’ll definitely be back again.

   Yummy choices with lots of spice and taste. The staff was friendly and mostly informative with knowing this was several diners first time there. The chicken kabobs were tender and grilled perfectly and the rice with the almonds provided the right amount of texture and taste. We split the tasting appetizer and the kabob dinner and it was the right amount for our smaller appetites. I would highly recommend.

   We absolutely love Sitti! The food and service are always incredible - we ordered the Chicken Shawarma and it was incredible, as always! The specialty cocktails for Valentine's Day were also wonderful. We will be back, thanks for such a great experience.

   Sitti continues to be our go-to restaurant in Raleigh before concerts at Meymandi, Memorial Hall, or Fletcher. Service was prompt, especially when we mentioned our need to get to a concert. Food was very good. Chicken and beef/lamb shawarma were both excellent served plated with rice and some veggies. Falafel and salad were very fresh and tasty. Complementary pita was a great accompaniment. Many gluten free and dairy free options are available. We’ll most definitely be back again soon.
