   I sat in the first seat at the bar and waited for the bar servers to take my order...they were slammed. The drink (Benchmark Bourbon) came and I ordered a salad and the Wood Grilled Bavette Steak. Nearly 40 minutes! later the salad arrived just ahead of my main course. I pushed the salad away to et the hot food first, so I thought... The steak was way over cooked medium well to well done, I asked for medium rare (hot pink center), the potatoes were very crispy but ice cold. Where was this plate sitting? I went to the front desk and aske that a Manager come to my bar seat. She did. I explained what had transpired and she clearly noted the steak was way overcooked. She apologized, comped my meal and went to get me a new plate. I ate my salad. The new plate arrived 25 minutes later, and the steak was exactly the opposite, mostly rare to very rare in the middle slices. I picked my way through it. It was already way after 9pm. Mind you my reservation was at 7:45pm The Manager came back and I showed her the very rare pieces and she provided coupons for an appetizer and drink at the restaurant in Houston. Diane did the best she could without actually cooking the meal herself. But WOW what a poor experience. 3/5 fancy Syds #howmanysyds

   I came for lunch and the pasta did not disappoint! Everything was so flavorful. Down to my ginger ale!

   We waited an additional 45 minutes after our reservation time. One of our dishes came out cold. It seemed as though the kitchen and bar were backed up. Reservations should not be available on OpenTable if the tables are not available.

    Really great, took us ~25 minutes after our reservation time to get seated. Other than that, it’s great, service was great, food was great, my wife is gluten free and there was a great diversity of options. They let you taste any wine on the list for free which is nice. It was super loud in the main dining, but it’s good for large groups. Look forward to trying lunch or brunch!
