Sadly, this reservation stood me up, not the other way around! When I booked it, I was surprised that they were still booking the Igloos on March 9th given that this is Dallas and it gets warm by March, but okay, let's book it for girls night out! I extolled the cool factor what I imagined the Igloo experience would be and we were all excited anticipating a great evening and fun, unique experience. The date approached and Open Table sent a reservation confirmation email, as always. I confirm. One of the girls arrives and checks us in. She calls me alarmed. They don't have our reservation and the hostess reports that the Igloos were taken down a few weeks ago. "Our reservation wasn't moved to a Dining Room reservation? No...there is no record of it in the hostess info." Hmmm.... Can they seat us? Yes, 30min past our Igloo reservation time at crummy table. Okay...it's girls night. We'll have fun regardless. I presume that Sixty Vines set up the Igloos as a separate "restaurant" in Open Table so that they could have diners reserve the Igloos specifically. Makes sense. So why were Igloo reservation dates EXTENDED beyond when you have the Igloos up? Why did you not NOTIFY people who had Igloo reservations that the Igloo "restaurant" had "closed" for the season? Why did you not MOVE Igloo reservations to Dining Room reservations? Open Table even sent out a confirmation email, for god's sake!! There weren't any apologies about this, much less a complimentary glass of wine or dessert for the inconvenience. We were made to feel like the dummies for not knowing that the Igloos were down! As you can see, I have waited for 3+ weeks to write this review because I was so peeved about the disappointing and unexpected Sixty Vines experience with my friends. While we had a good time because we always do when together and our server was pretty good, the restaurant left a poor impression on my 3 friends who had never been to Sixty Vines. Why was this handled so poorly?

We reserved an igloo for our family of five and all really enjoyed the experience. Freddie was our server but the extended staff helped with food and drinks so we were never waiting on service. The food was delicious and the drinks were great. We will definitely be back.

Great food as always. Quiet and cozy, all though the ambient music from the restaurant was higher than necessary and would not allow us to play our music in our igloo using Bluetooth provided. Service was not the best. Being outside in igloo was kind of like out of site out of mind. Server left us alone way too long and I had to get up to go inside for service twice. Also, since the minimum is $200 which I was aware of, server asked me in front of my guest if I was aware that I needed to order more… I would have preferred that conversation in private, not asked in front of the people at my table. Other than that it was a decent experience. I did enjoy the quiet ambience of the igloo, as opposed to the loud noice level inside your restaurant. Having said all this, I enjoyed my experience and will come back. I am aware that you need your know these things.

What a beautiful experience. Fabulous and attentive service from our Server Kassie, delicious food, great ambiance and company. They were worried about it being too cold out there so they offered more blankets and a potential second heater, but the sun and single heater were plenty. Even gave us the option to listen to our own music with a Bluetooth speaker. Such a fantastic brunch. Thank you

Our reservation was at 8:45pm, we weren’t seated until 9:30pm. Once we got to the igloo, although it was marketed as having a space heater, it was cold. The space heater didn’t heat the space at all. They did have throw blankets for use however we weren’t too fond of using them as we had no clue who had used them prior. Our waiter, Manny was absolutely AMAZING! He made the experience better than we thought it would be. We bit the bullet and dealt with the frigid temps for the experience. The idea of eating outside in an igloo is super-cute and totally different but it’s not worth the frozen feet and hands. I would recommend true space heaters vs small desk heaters. The food was ok and the moscato was delicious. Overall, I would try again but there would have to be HEAT! We were disappointed this round.

The food was simply ok for the prices. I had mommy daughter New Year’s Day date in the igloos. The igloos are not well maintained and all of them had breakage and openings at the zipper making it difficult to secure the heat inside igloo due to zippers being broken.
