   Food was really good excluding the side of sweet potatoes which were overly sweetened. Service was very good and the view was great. There was, however, a high level of noise. Would definitely recommend and go back

   Food was excellent! Friends visiting from Iowa said definitely coming back as there were so many great food choices on the menu. Our server Dave did a great job welcoming us and making recommendations. All in all an exceptional experience

   We went for a late lunch and were disappointed. While the location and atmosphere is good, the food and drinks did not live up to our last dining experience there. The beer was flat! There are many better options on Hilton Head.

   The waitress & Manager worked hard, but food wasn’t on crispy potatoes, grouper was pink inside & raw. Appetizer with shrimp & calamari was delicious. Stuffed trout was medium good & potatoes it was on was delicious.

   Food was average. My fried clams and oysters weren't crispy and the slaw was a very tiny portion. My husband' blackened grouper was dominated by a topping heavy with tomatoes despite being told otherwise when he ordered. We were expecting excellence but the food just didn't hit the mark unfortunately.

   Dockside is always a great value. The fried shrimp & scallop platter (choice of 2) was light & and non-greasy. I chose mashed potatoes that were so creamy, with a better than homemade taste with seasonal vegetables. My husband had the same protein except he had sweet potatoes and green beans, cooked to perfection. Families with young children were enjoying their meals as well. Views of Skull Creek at sunset are amazing! Don't miss this restaurant.

   Flounder served on mashed potatoes. Fish was good, but set into a bed of mashed paotatoes every bite tasted like potatoes which drowned out the taste of the fish.
