    We’ve always been a fan of beef tartar, but this one was covered in fresh horseradish to the point that it overtook any other flavors. The brussel sprouts were also over cooked/burnt…also please have someone sharpen your steak knife’s, there was a lot of effort needed to cut the medium rare steak. Outside of that, the staff was friendly, especially the bartender.

    We have eaten all over East Vail and had many wonderful meals. The Slope Room stands out this trip. The service was excellent and all of our food was outstanding. We come to Vail every year and this will be the first reservation I make.

    Food and drinks was outstanding! We both had the bison ribeye, which was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! Definitely worth the price!
