Slope Room is an Alpine Bistro focused on the connection between Rocky Mountain farmers and ranchers. Pasture-raised, sustainable proteins, and locally sourced produce are front and center at the sophisticated yet cozy restaurant and bar.     First time there but I know the surrounding restaurants well in Beaver and Vail and I can safely say that this is one of the best restaurants around. We had a delicious carrot and ginger soup and then a recommended short rib, which we split; then split another one, it was so good. Service was friendly and proper.

    Every time we come out to Beaver Creek we always make time for a fabulous dinner at Slope Room!!! Absolutely love the mixed drinks, high quality food, great presentation, restaurant ambience, service. Such a pleasure to dine with you!!!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Slope Room! We had a couple of cocktails at the bar before dinner. The bartender was engaging and a wonderful mixologist. For dinner we had a comfortable booth and a friendly attentive server. THE FOOD was amazing. We ate the focaccia starter, short rib, filet, and sweet potatoes. Too full for dessert but we’ll save room next time! We will be back :)

    The service was great. The sommelier was charming and very helpful, as was the wait staff. The elk steak was wonderful.

    They accommodated our early arrival and provided great attentive service throughout. They turned down the volume of the music a little at our request and it was a perfect noise level. Food was fantastic and prompt. Nothing negative to say.
