The venue didn’t have my reservation notification, but did find a table for me. The wait for food was nearly an hour, wasn’t very warm when it was delivered. The venue was very busy and noisy.

Ordered 6 small plates which were delivered to the table all at once as we requested. The food on all but one of the plates was cold. I complained and asked for the food to be replaced. The replacement food arrived and was also cold and the chips were served late. My opinion is that the members of staff were more interested in pursuing their personal conversations than providing a reasonable standard of customer service.

Awful, We had booked a table but they had no record of the booking. Queues 10 deep at the bar with one person serving. Tables not cleaned. Found a table and ordered via the app, which did not work. Ask a staff member and told to go to the back of the bar queue to place order. Gave up and left. Garbage

Went as a little birthday treat and it was amazing!!! All the staff were lively and the cocktails are divine
