   Steak frites was perfection, smash burgers were delicious. Service was terrific. Lots of gluten free options… no gf buns though?! Looking forward to coming back!

   Horrible service from start to finish and the restaurant was very calm. Soup was luke warm. Wrong drink came. Waited 15 mins for a desert menu, waited another 15 with no one to return, so just asked someone else to close our bill and left. Very overpriced.

   First time at Small Batch - Ambience was great, noise level was moderate. Service was very good, Attentive but not overly so. Food was served at a great pace. All of our dishes we thoughtfully presented and very tasty! Will definitely be back

   Always a perfect meal the oyster were great!! The arugula salad light and fresh ! Let’s take a moment while I remember the delicious smash burger!! Drinks and the service outstanding

   Apps and main course were very good. My main dish was a bit salty but not too bad. My drink was very good as well. I would go back. Our server was nice enough but I wouldn’t say she was extremely friendly.

    Let me start out by saying that I have been a Small Batch fan more times than I can count. I have always given 5 stars to this great restaurant, but for some reason, this visit was not the norm. Service - 5* Always top notch. They work as a team and I always appreciate the great staff. Menu Changes The new Avocado Salad: It was delicious, but for me, a salad connotes greens, so I was a bit disappointed not to have any kale or arugala. Either way it was a wonderful blending of flavors. Pasta & Shrimp – Because my son is vegan, I asked for the shrimp on the side and asked for them to split the pasta. The shrimp came out cold and so they reheated it the whole dish, and then the pasta dried up. This was disappointing. I have never received cold food from SB. The flavor was delicious, but the reheating messed up the dish. Cod – Cod was usually served with brussel sprouts, but they changed it to endamame. I did not like this at all because the consistency to me, does not pair well with the Cod. Also, this is the first time that the cod was overcooked and not flaky as it usually is. Dessert – Apple Crisp – This was the biggest disappointment of the night. This dessert has historically been delectable to the degree that my son and I fight over every last morsel. The apples are usually al dente, the oatmeal is flaky and the dish comes out piping hot. When it came out – it was clearly overcooked and looked completely different. We actually sent it back ( a first!). Something was off the whole night, and I did ask the manager if there was a chef change, and he said there was. I knew something had changed! At any rate, they need to get the old chef back! Or train the new one. I’m sorry to say, I was quite disappointed with this visit and hope they transition back to the great food that always kept me and my friends coming over and over again.
