   Delicious burger and sweet potato fries. Service wasn’t as good as it has been in the past. Happy to go back anytime

   Love this place! The staff is great! Very popular place and reservations are a must!! Food is excellent and very speaking to the eyes, taste buds and tummy. The only thing is it’s a bit drafty the noise can up there. But still a very nice place to eat at.

   We had a reservation for 6 people unfortunately 3 of them couldn’t make it last minute. I told the server right away so she could remove one of the tables. They had no coffee available except espressos passed on that & ordered tea ( not my favourite). Shortly after that she brought coffee for the next table and when I asked she said this was the only pot which was not very hot. We ordered our meal and when it came, one of the orders of poached eggs they arrived stone cold. The order came with 3 eggs and when they replaced the order it only came with 2 eggs. We finished our meal and we’re just chit chatting with each other when the waitress came over and said we had to leave as another group had a reservation. We had only been there for 40 minutes. Absolutely disgusting to be asked to leave after just 40 minutes.. I was back in my car less than 1 hour of arriving. WE WILL NEVER NEVER GO BACK. THAT MANAGER OWES US A HUGE APOLOGY!

   The service was so slow and they were not even busy. There were supposed to be two servers helping us and we only saw one the entire time. We will not be going back as the food was also underwhelming.

   Food was good with generous portions . Service was slow despite it being very quiet with lots of staff. Bathrooms were awfully untidy . It was quite concerning actually . Only one remotely vegan option which was unfortunate.

   We have eaten there a few times with small children and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating to families. You can tell they make a special effort to ensure customers are well taken care of. That's just the service. The food is excellent especially the brunch. Their kids menu is generous and features items that my picky eaters love. Overall an amazing experience.

    Not very pleased with the service, food was just okay. We want to order mussels and the server told us they don’t have it tonight. Less than an hour later, another server brought out the mussel dish to the table beside us. We haven’t finished eating and they keep coming to pick up the plates and trying to rush us out. Understand it’s a Saturday night but the restaurant wasn’t that busy and no need to rush customers out. Been here many times throughout the years and tonight was the worst experience ever. Don’t think we will go back again

    Hi Serena, Thank you for your review and feedback. I do apologize about the Mussels mishap, the chefs called me and I ended up bringing some in from other location but we were out of them for a short while. These things do happen. As for the service, the staff were not rushing you out they are just attentive but I will be sure to speak to them on how to be less overly attentive. I do appreciate you taking the time in letting me know. If you have been coming here for years and you had a one poor visit and decide not to return that is your choice of course, but personally I would have mentioned something to the manager on site so the staff can improve and so we could have rectified it on site and never judge an establishment on one visit.
