   S&W is our go to for graduations, other special events and whenever we have anyone in from out of town. The food is always great and the location can not be beat. Service is outstanding. Highly recommend.

   The table was not ready at the time of the reservation (additional 30 minutes) and some of the food was cold. The hostess didn’t solve the issues accordingly

   El lugar es muy lindo como lugar. La atención es de mala a pésima, empezando la mala experiencia con el host que te recepciona. La comida mediocre, a un valor excecivo. Claramente no volvería!

   7 pm Reservations 8:15 still waiting to be seated with no end in site we left…Smith & Wolensky needs to comp us for the $80 Uber ride to from..so disappointed

   Although we had to have a significant wait, which we thought we were going to be able to reduce because we had reservations (7:00 was our reservation time but we didn’t get seated until closer until 8pm), it was worth the wait. We were seated in a corner table near a window and it gave us a chance to really have a great family conversation. The food that we ordered was delicious. It was very clear to us that everyone from the kitchen staff, front of the house, waiters and waitresses were all working so hard to provide a wonderful experience. It was a lovely Thanksgiving meal and a great memory for our family. Thank you!

   we set out with great expectations! I had made reservations and we got there a little early. There was a long line but we made it to the person checking us in. It was chaos. Trying to speak with the man in charge but was constantly interrupted by other people who were waiting to be seated. We both ordered filet mignon with a side of hash potatoes. When we got our food both filets were really tough and one was cold. The hash potatoes was also cold! They offered us new food but my friend had lost her appetite and chose a wedge sallad instead and i chose to get new filets. With the exchange of food we were OK but paying 130$ for average food is mot my thing! Won't be going back there!
