   We frequent the Smoke Shack fairly often and for good reason. The food is always top notch and our service was fantastic. We sat outside in the enclosed area with the fire tables which made it perfectly comfortable for “outside” seating. Their bourbon selection is fantastic and the Valentine’s Day dessert special was outstanding.

   Brisket was good, also had pulled pork, but personally didn’t care for the Brussels sprouts and coleslaw lacked flavor. We tried the pulled pork egg rolls as an app and enjoyed them.

   Was looking forward to some good bbq, but left very disappointed. The meats tasted as if they were cooked days ago, dry and not up to temp. I enjoyed the sides very much, but for the price, I expected more from the smoked meats.

   Brisket was dry and ribs were overcooked and very Smokey. Service was great and sides were tasty but for being a bbq place the meat was not great

   Our waited today was top notch. He was informative, calm, cool and knowledgeable. He made it a great experience. I had the seitan and my boyfriend has the pulled pork. Both were amazing and cooked perfectly. Great work, team!

   Have done a lot of 'que and did not expect to find something this good in Milwaukee. Went for brunch and it gave me some items to try at home. Will go back on my next trip.

    An unexpected bonus to be offered a table outside on the heated, fire table patio on a cool fall night with college football on the screen. Reed offered great attentive service. Our table ordered various menu items but all agreed the pulled pork was the winner. A gem in MKE!
