Let’s face it- brisket, pulled pork, burnt ends and pork ribs have been around for as long as Betty White has. What we bring to your table is a light fusion of the traditional smoked meats of the southern states, with a little taste of even further south, Peru. We are proud of our excellent quality of meat and we know that you’ll love it too.

The brisket melted like butter in your mouth. The bark was delicious. The fried chicken was scrumptious!! My husbands favorite was the stuffed potato-Papa Rellena. It was a perfect dinner.
