This is a great experience. The globe is heated and has plenty of room. The food and drinks are wonderful. Our server, Etan, was a pleasure and made certain everything was perfec.

It was a cold and snowy night but it helped create a memorable experience! Our server, Kayla, was wonderful! Friendly and welcoming despite the very cold and snowy conditions. Our meal was wonderful and very full of flavor. The snow globe was comfortable and quaint. We brought a blanket but they did have some in the globe. We had a wonderful time, a fun experience!!

Service was great. Ambiance was adorable. The limited menu needs improvement. Pizza or pasta as the options was very disappointing. The spaghetti had zero flavor. Fun for a one time experience. However my group wished they would have just eaten in the restaurant for the full menu.

The igloo experience was so amazing! The igloos are beautiful and such an awesome idea. Also, I loved how you didn't need to reserve it and pay but just spend a food and drink minimum which was easy to do even with just 3 ppl! We had a blast and it was warm and cozy! we brought blankets and our speaker to listen to music which also added some nice vibes! Would highly recommend and do again!

These snow globes have so much potential but unfortunately fall short. They lack ambience and could have definitely been more cozy and festive for the holidays. The menu is very limited and kind of strange especially for geneva national. The food was disappointing and cold. They were understaffed and we felt bad for our waiter trying to keep up. He did a great job trying and it wasnt his fault. If I can make recommendations- the menu/food needs some major improvement and the snow globes could be more comfortable and ambient. Hope they can improve because its such a cute idea for the holidays.

The food was wonderful. The special meal designed for the igloo was perfect for the hour and a half you get. What brings my review down is the service. And I think the fault is more on management for not having enough servers for the igloo, not on the waitress herself. We were never offered another drink so only have our 1 drink. And the first drink we ordered took 20 minutes to get. We ran out of water and never had any until we asked an hour later. Our waitress wasn't able to come to check on us to see if we needed stuff. I do not blame the waitress, I blame management for not giving her enough help.

The concept is great and the globe was warm and comfortable. The lights during a winter evening provide a nice ambiance! We pre-ordered the cheese fondue and chocolate fondue for our group of 7 (4 kids). At $50 each, we expected something decent (for small town WI). I don’t even know how the establishment still serves these two items but they were beyond terrible. The cheese fondue was a giant pot of solid cheese that separated from the whey so it was a glob of thick (what appeared to be Colby jack) cheese floating in yellow salt milk. After about 20 minutes of stirring, it wouldn’t incorporate and started to burn. It came with a tray of stale bread, chips and brown apple slices. If the fondue was edible, we would have only been able to eat 1/4 of what was in the pot. We sent all of it back. We had a few pizzas instead and they were good except we ordered one without meat and it came with meat anyways so that went back too. Finally, it was time for our chocolate fondue and we were rooting for it to be ok. This may have been the worst part. We received yet another giant pot of liquid- definitely not actual melted chocolate but chocolate syrup. It was like runny corn syrup that was dyed brown. Our tray included stale graham crackers, pretzels and very old marshmallows. Our server claimed that she watched the cook melt chocolate bars in the pot. Nope, sorry. The chocolate like syrup didn’t thicken- even slightly in the cold. We sent this back as well. Beverages were severely overpriced but we ended up paying for just the pizza and drinks thanks to the manager who removed inedible items from our bill. If you go, expect incredibly slow service and whatever you do, avoid the fondue- it’s 100% a fon-don’t!
